Scheduling links are a great way to share your availability with others. Rather than messaging back-and-forth (and back-and-forth...) to try to find a time, scheduling links simplify the process. Simply create a one-time or recurrent scheduling link to share when you’re available and make it easy for someone else to book your time.
Your invitees can then easily select a time that works for you both in just three clicks.
Follow the steps in this guide to create your first scheduling link or watch the video tutorial to get started.
Create a recurrent scheduling link
Recurrent scheduling links are designed for meetings that you have often, and possibly with different people each time. Events like coffee chats, product demos, etc. might be well-suited for recurrent links.

To get started, click on the purple Create Scheduling Links button in the scheduling tab.

You will see an empty calendar with default blocks of time. Here you can adjust the blocks of time by moving and deleting them and adding new ones by highlighting the calendar. These represent a pattern of times you want to make available weekly for this specific type of meeting.
For instance these could represent your office hours, be confined to one day a week, or the same time every day. It’s up to you.
Tip: Regardless of the blocks of time you highlight when creating your recurrent scheduling link, your real-time availability will also be checked in the calendar(s) you choose, making sure invitees can only select times when you’re available.
Then complete the form on the left to set the parameters of the meeting, including:
- Meeting title, which will be the title of the event in your calendar
- Virtual room, by selecting from your virtual conferencing accounts that have already been connected to Morgen
- Any notes you want to be included in the meeting event
- Length of meeting
- Which of your connected calendars this event should appear in
- Limits on how soon and how far out these meetings can be booked
- Custom reminders for both you and the invitee
You can then opt to save and copy the link to share with others or save and compose an email to go with it. You can also choose to preview the link before sending by clicking on Preview in Browser.

You can also make recurrent links appear on your personalized booking page. Learn how here.
Create a one-time scheduling link
Alternatively, you can create a one-time link when trying to set up a specific meeting and wanting to offer your invitee options for when the meeting can occur.
To get started, simply click on Scheduling in the upper left corner of Morgen. You can then highlight areas of your calendar from which the meeting can be scheduled.
The areas you highlight will start being listed in the left sidebar so you can see a full list of times that are being offered for the meeting.
Regardless of the blocks of time you highlight when creating your recurrent scheduling link, your real-time availability will also be checked in the calendar(s) you choose, making sure invitees can only select times when you’re available.
Tip: You can always copy this list of times and simply message it to someone to let them know when you’re available.

Once you’ve selected times, you can then click the purple Create Scheduling Link button then select One-Time Morgen Link.
Then populate the specific meeting details on the left side of Morgen, including:
- Meeting title, which will be the title of the event in your calendar
- Virtual room, by selecting from your virtual conferencing accounts that have already been connected to Morgen
- Any notes you want to be included in the meeting event
- The name and attendee of the meeting
- Length of meeting
- Which of your connected calendars this event should appear in
- Limits on how soon and how far out these meetings can be booked
- Custom reminders for both you and the invitee
Then share and copy the link to share with your invitee.
How meetings are booked
Once you share your meeting links, they will see a custom page with the meeting details and a calendar from which they can select the time that works best for them. Once they select a time, they simply need to fill out a quick form that will only take seconds to complete.
Both you and the invitee will receive a meeting confirmation via email and see the meeting in your associated calendar. The option to reschedule or cancel the meeting will also be included in the meeting confirmation.
