Is the scheduling poll free?
Yes, completely free, for both the poll creator and all participants. No account, no credit card, no hidden limits. Create unlimited polls with unlimited participants.
Do participants need to create an account?
No. That's the whole point. Participants open the poll link, enter their name, mark their availability, and submit. No sign-up, no email, no password. It works in any browser on any device.
How does timezone support work?
When a participant opens the poll, their timezone is automatically detected using their browser settings. All time slots are displayed in their local time. If the auto-detection is wrong, they can manually select a different timezone. Behind the scenes, all times are stored in UTC so everyone stays in sync.
Can I edit my response after submitting?
Yes. If you return to the poll from the same browser, your previous response is loaded automatically and you can update your availability. You can also enter availability for several people from the same device, and switch between them to review or edit each response.
How long do polls stay active?
Polls remain accessible for 90 days after creation. After that, they display an expiration notice and become read-only. Data is not immediately deleted, but expired polls should not be relied on for long-term storage.
Can I export the chosen time to my calendar?
Yes. Once you've identified the best time, you can export it directly to Google Calendar, Outlook, or download a standard .ics file that works with any calendar app. You can also open it in Morgen with one click.
Can I set a deadline for responses
Yes. When creating a poll, you can set when it stops accepting responses: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or a custom date and time. Past the deadline, the poll shows a notice and the results stay locked in.
