An AI schedule maker is a smart calendar tool that creates and updates your daily schedule. It uses AI to turn your tasks, meetings, and deadlines into realistic time blocks, then reorders them when priorities or plans change, so you always know what to do next.
Can Morgen AI actually send emails or messages on my behalf, or does it just draft them?
You're always in control. Morgen AI drafts responses based on your conversation history and context, but nothing gets sent without your explicit approval. You can review, edit, or discard any draft before sending. This keeps the human touch in your communications while saving you the time of starting from a blank page.
What happens if Morgen AI misses something important or makes a wrong prioritization?
Morgen AI learns from your feedback. If it misses something or gets a priority wrong, you can easily override its suggestions and it will adjust its understanding of your preferences. The more you interact with it, the better it gets at anticipating what matters most to you. Think of it as training an assistant who gets sharper every week.
I already use Notion, Todoist, and Google Calendar. Will Morgen replace these or work alongside them?
Morgen works alongside your existing tools, not instead of them. It connects to your current task managers, calendars, and email providers to give you a unified view and intelligent recommendations. You can keep using Notion for project planning and Todoist for task lists while Morgen AI surfaces the right priorities and handles the coordination between them.
How long does it take to set up, and will I need to train the AI manually?vvv
You can run AI Planner without Frames, but those plans tend to be less realistic and optimal.

With Frames, AI Planner only suggests tasks at the times you want time blocked. Frames are the guiding template for when your time should be planned and how you want to devote each work session.

We recommend reflecting on how you work best when you create your Frames. If early mornings are your power hours, afternoons are ripe with interruptions, and you want to schedule some evenings to pursue your learning goals while others should be left unblocked, template that with Frames. The filters you apply guide the AI Planner to isolate the right types of tasks at the optimal time.
Is Morgen AI included in the basic plan, or is it an additional cost?
