The best app for Google Calendar

Connect every Google Calendar you own — personal, work, shared, family — and run them next to your Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail and Zoho accounts in one unified, time-block-first view.
Google Calendar is a great schedule. It can't hold your whole life.
Google Calendar is the gold standard for work meetings — shared calendars, conference rooms, smart scheduling. But the moment you add a personal account, an Outlook work account, or an iCloud family calendar, the gaps start showing.
Morgen runs on top of Google Calendar and every other calendar you own. You see one unified week, your free/busy data is always honest, and you can drag tasks, meetings, and focus blocks around without switching apps.
Every edit syncs back to Google Calendar instantly through the official Google Calendar API — no middleman, no delay, no data exported.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about using Google Calendar with Morgen.
How does Morgen connect to Google Calendar?
Morgen uses Google's official Calendar API with OAuth 2.0. You sign in with Google once, approve the permissions, and Morgen reads and writes events directly against Google's servers. No passwords are stored, and access can be revoked any time from your Google Account security page.
Can I connect multiple Google accounts?
Yes. Connect as many Google Calendar accounts as you need — personal, work, school, client workspaces. Each appears in Morgen as a toggleable calendar source, and you can drag events between them.
Does it work with Google Workspace (business accounts)?
Yes. Morgen supports both free Gmail/Google accounts and paid Google Workspace accounts. Your Workspace admin needs to allow third-party OAuth apps, which is the default in most organizations.
Are my calendar events stored on Morgen's servers?
Morgen caches the minimum data needed to render your calendar offline and to drive features like scheduling links and the AI Planner. Event content is encrypted at rest, isolated per user, and can be deleted by disconnecting your Google account.
Does Morgen work alongside Google Calendar, or does it replace it?
Alongside. Google Calendar keeps working exactly as before — google.com, the iOS/Android apps, Gmail invites, everything. Morgen just adds a unified desktop-class view on top.
Can I use Morgen with Outlook, iCloud, and Fastmail at the same time?
Yes. Morgen's whole point is unifying multiple calendar providers in one view. Run Google Calendar alongside Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, and Zoho Calendar without switching apps.
Does scheduling link booking write back to Google Calendar?
Yes. When someone books a time slot via your Morgen scheduling link, the meeting is written directly to your chosen Google Calendar, the guest is invited, and you can auto-attach a Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams link.
How is this different from just using Google Calendar's web app?
Google Calendar shows one provider and one workflow — meetings. Morgen unifies every provider, adds drag-to-schedule time-blocking from your tasks, and runs as a proper native desktop app with offline support, keyboard shortcuts, and the AI Planner.
Is there a free version?
Morgen offers a 14-day free trial of Morgen Pro — no credit card required. After the trial, Pro is required to keep multi-calendar sync, scheduling links, and the AI Planner.
Troubleshooting: my Google Calendar isn't syncing.
In almost every case, reconnecting the account fixes it. Open Morgen → Settings → Calendar accounts → disconnect Google → reconnect. If the issue persists, check that you haven't revoked Morgen's access in your Google Account's "Third-party apps" page.
