Connect Morgen to 6,000+ apps with Zapier

Turn calendar events into actions in any of Zapier's 6,000+ apps — and pipe anything back onto your Morgen calendar. Meetings become Notion docs, new leads become time blocks, finished tasks log to Slack. Automate the boring parts, keep the focus on real work.
Your calendar is the signal. Zapier is the amplifier.
A new meeting gets booked. A task gets completed. A deep-work block starts. These are the moments that matter in your day — and every other tool you use probably wants to know about them.
Morgen's Zapier integration makes your calendar programmable. Triggers fire on new events, started events, and completed tasks. Actions create events and schedule tasks. You wire them up in Zapier's visual builder without a single line of code.
From CRM to Slack to Notion to sheets to accounting — if it's on Zapier (and 6,000+ things are) it can now read from and write to your Morgen calendar.

What people actually build with Morgen on Zapier
rep
Auto-schedule prep time before every demo
New HubSpot deal stage "Demo booked"? Zapier fires, creates a 15-minute "prep" task in Morgen, and the AI Planner finds a slot that morning.
Log every meeting to Notion automatically
New calendar event in Morgen? Zapier creates a Notion page with the meeting title, attendees, and a template agenda. Zero manual note prep.
Turn completed time blocks into invoices
Finish a time-tracked client block in Morgen? Zapier logs the hours to QuickBooks or Harvest with the right project code. Invoicing writes itself.
Broadcast focus time to the team on Slack
When a deep-work block starts in Morgen, Zapier sets your Slack status to "In focus mode" and mutes notifications. When it ends, everything reverts.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about using Morgen with Zapier.
How does Morgen connect to Zapier?
Morgen publishes an official app on the Zapier platform. You sign in once with your Morgen account via OAuth and Zapier can then read triggers and send actions to Morgen on your behalf. No API keys, no webhooks to configure.
What triggers are available?
"New event created," "Event starting soon," and "Task completed" are the main ones. Each returns the full event payload — title, time, attendees, calendar, and any task linkage.
What actions can Morgen perform on Zapier?
Create a calendar event, create a task (which can then be scheduled by the AI Planner), and find events matching criteria. Enough to build the vast majority of useful workflows.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Zapier's free plan supports 5 single-step Zaps, which is enough to test. Multi-step Zaps and higher run volumes require a paid Zapier plan — that's a Zapier decision, not a Morgen one.
Which calendar does a Zapier-created event go to?
You pick the destination calendar when you configure the Zap — so new events from a Zapier workflow can land on your work Google Calendar, personal iCloud, or any connected account.
Is this the same as connecting Google Calendar directly to Zapier?
No. Google Calendar on Zapier only sees one provider. Morgen on Zapier sees every calendar you've connected (Google, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, etc.) in one unified layer — so your Zaps work across all of them at once.
Can I trigger a Zap when a task is completed?
Yes. That's one of Morgen's most popular triggers — automate invoicing, logging, handoffs, or congratulations posts whenever a time-blocked task is marked done.
How is this different from Make or n8n?
Zapier is the biggest, simplest, and most widely-supported automation platform. Morgen also works with Make and n8n via HTTP webhooks if you prefer those — but Zapier is the official, fully-supported integration.
Is there a free version?
Morgen offers a 14-day free trial of Morgen Pro — no credit card required. After the trial, Pro is required to keep the Zapier integration running.
Where can I find pre-built Zaps?
Search "Morgen" in Zapier's Zap templates gallery. There are ready-made recipes for Slack focus status, Notion meeting notes, HubSpot auto-prep, and more.
